We hope you love your Style For Less purchase. As most of our items are preloved and one-of-a-kind, we provide detailed descriptions, photographs and measurements to help you choose the right item.
Change of Mind Returns
If you purchase online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.
Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within the following 14 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and with any original tags still attached where applicable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will let you know that your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Where you are exercising your legal right to cancel an online order, the refund will include the price paid for the item and the standard delivery charge where required by law.
Additional delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as an upgraded delivery service, are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every preloved item is carefully checked and any known flaws will be photographed or described in the listing.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Preloved Items
Please remember that preloved clothing may show normal signs of previous wear. Any significant marks, damage or imperfections that we are aware of will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
